Welcome to Medicine Stone Bodywork
Restoration rooted in mind-body wisdom.
At Medicine Stone Bodywork, I honor the ancient connection between the body, the land, and the healing power of touch. Inspired by the charmstones once offered into the waters of Tolay Lake, my work is grounded in intention, ritual, and the belief that the body holds its own story of healing.
Whether you're seeking relief from chronic tension, support through emotional stress, or simply a quiet space to reconnect with yourself, you are welcome here.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs using a blend of therapeutic massage, intuitive bodywork, and grounded presence. I work slowly, listening deeply—helping your body remember what balance feels like.
You are not here to be fixed.
You are here to return to yourself.

My Story
I’m a Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator with over a decade of experience in therapeutic bodywork and holistic wellness. I graduated from the National Holistic Institute in 2014, completing 900 hours of training in Eastern and Western modalities, including physiology, anatomy, kinesiology, business, and hands-on practice.
My approach is deeply informed by over 20 years of somatic therapies and mindfulness, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training through the Osher Center at UCSF. This lifelong connection to the body–mind relationship allows me to offer sessions that are not only therapeutic but deeply attuned.
Since 2014, I’ve worked in a variety of settings—including clinical environments, spas, wellness centers, corporate offices, and advocacy-based volunteer care.
I currently offer:
-
In-home massage sessions
-
Chair massage for workplaces
-
On-site bodywork for events
My work is trauma-informed, intuitive, and grounded in respect for each client’s unique healing process. I continue to expand my education and am currently studying for both the MBLEx and NCBTMB certification.
My goal is simple: to create a space where your body can remember its own wisdom.
Inclusive Care
Medicine Stone Bodywork is a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all bodies, cultures, and identities.
I welcome and honor LGBTQIA+ individuals, people of all shapes and sizes, people of color, disabled folks, and anyone who has felt unwelcome or unseen in traditional wellness spaces. Your body is not something to fix—it’s something to listen to, care for, and come home to.
This is trauma-informed care rooted in consent, compassion, and cultural respect. Every session is an invitation to feel seen, supported, and held—exactly as you are.
This is a space of restoration, remembrance, and respect.
You belong here.
